- Is it Instagram only?
- Yes. In this version the customer only talks to you on Instagram.
- Does it connect to my store?
- Yes. It pulls categories and products from your site, plus the cart link. Checkout stays on that site. shagerdAi does not build a store.
- Does AI reply by itself?
- No. It drafts suggestions. Nothing goes to the customer until you send it. That is separate from replies you already wrote.
- Where are the products?
- On your own site. shagerdAi reads categories and products from there, shows them in DMs, and with the cart link returns the customer to your store to continue.
- How does pricing work?
- Each outbound message is 1,000 toman and each AI processing is also 1,000 toman. Welcome credit is 1,000,000 toman; full details are on the pricing page.
- How do I start?
- Mobile number, verification code, connect the page, and turn on the jobs you want from shagerdAi.
- What if the wallet is empty?
- Paid sending stops until it is topped up. Signing into the panel and viewing history usually stay available. It can SMS you before it runs out.
- What businesses is it for?
- Priority is online shops, especially when one person manages the page and DMs. Cosmetics pages with a site, lighting pages without a site, and travel pages are good fits.
- How much does it cost?

- Are conversation data secure?
- Data needed for the panel or admin Telegram is received and stored, encrypted in transit and at rest, and per the privacy policy may be used to improve AI.
- Is Telegram for customers?
- No. Telegram is an optional admin path. Customers still talk to your page on Instagram.
