Telegram is an optional admin path; customers still talk to your page on Instagram.

Storage to improve AI
Conversation data is stored and may be used to train and improve AI models. That use requires the account owner's awareness and consent, and deletion or opt-out requests must be trackable via support.
AI does not automatically send the final message to the customer; suggestions are sent only after admin review and approval.
