Keyword auto-replies; hand repeats to a rule

keywordauto-replyDMs

Questions like “Where is the address?”, “Do you ship?”, and “Site link?” are repetitive for a small page, but answers must stay precise and controlled.

For a page owner who does everything alone, keywords free time and keep complex messages for humans.

When do keywords reply?

When the customer's message text matches your rule — for example exactly one word or containing a phrase. Other messages should not get auto replies; they should go to the admin inbox.

Aliases (like “address” and “location”) help one reply match several question shapes.

Good starter examples

  • Fixed info

Address, reply hours, catalog link, shipping terms.

  • Purchase guidance

A short message explaining how to place an order or go to the showcase/site.

  • Out of scope

Do not automate sensitive negotiated prices, complaints, or custom requests.

What after a human reply?

If an admin joins the conversation, keywords on that thread should pause for a while so the bot does not interrupt a human chat. In shagerdAi this is supported with pause-after-human-reply settings.

Honest limits

Keywords do not translate, do not understand complex intent, and are not a full seller. For those jobs, inbox and if needed AI assist with admin approval are a better fit.

Three rules to start

  • Address / location

Keywords: address, location, where are you. Reply: address and map link.

  • Shipping

Keywords: shipping, post, courier. Reply: clarify cities, timing, and cost.

  • Negotiated price

Do not automate this; leave it for the admin to answer precisely.

Build keyword rules in the panel

After connecting the page, turn on the keyword module and add the most frequent questions.
