What we do not do
Auto-sending AI replies to Instagram customers does not exist in the current version and should not be promised in marketing.
AI is also not a replacement for keywords on fully fixed questions; for simple repeats, keyword rules are cheaper and more predictable.
See the cost clearly
AI processing is deducted from the credit wallet. If after a successful processing the Instagram send fails, per the product lock the AI cost should be refundable — not charged when the message never goes out.
From customer message to approved reply
A customer asks “هل يوجد توصيل إلى مشهد؟”. AI translates the message and builds three suggestions. The admin edits and approves one; then the message is sent with a separate outbound fee.
